The importance of a business plan can be critical for entrepreneurs. A business plan to an entrepreneur begins by helping him to identify him possible problems and challenges. It also helps an entrepreneur to define and focus on his business ideas and strategies. Entrepreneurs not only concentrate on financial matters but also on management issues, human resource planning, technology, and creating value for their customers.
Entrepreneurs who are just starting out and forming their own company, whether it’s a small freelance business at home or a new venture with an office and a starting pool of employees, there’s a lot of importance to a business plan. It is a road map, an outline, a document that explains the business, the goals of the enterprise, and will set about achieving those goals.
During the training program, as a part of the entire training trainees or trainee entrepreneurs will develop their own business/investment plans for structuring and designing their business. To formulate this investment plan, members of the different potential sectors of different business chamber of association, successful businessmen, resource person and business specialists and mentors are being attached to the trainees (entrepreneur). Trainees have to finalize their respective investment plan with consultation and guidance from those resources.
